We want you to love your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchased merchandise within 7 days from the date received for a full refund, store credit or exchange (this is only applicable for domestic orders). For all size exchanges we will provide you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, just contact email@example.com. Leave a message and your contact information and I will reach back within 24-48 hours.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact me. Items that are defective will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Once we receive your package please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. The refund process takes 3-7 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your credit card once the process is completed. We’ll email you to confirm that it’s complete.
**International orders are final sale and may not be returned.
