Giving back to the Young Survival Coalition

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and even with still being in an early phase that is not the easiest with J-Min Collections, I still wanted to commit (strongly beliving in my vision and philosophies) and added some from my own pocket to dedicate this month's donation towards it, as it also has meaning to me.

My mom not only being a breast cancer survivor but I know of close friends and many that have not only also faced the challenges of seeing their own mother and friends, but who have also battled through incredibly difficult times.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. While breast cancer in young adults is rare, they say more than 250,000 living in the US today are diagnosed under age 40. In young adults, breast cancer is said to be more aggressive and have a higher mortality rate, as well as a higher risk of metastatic recurrence even after treatments.

For this month, J-Min Collections donated to the Young Survival Coalition.

Early detection is not only important for any woman for higher survival but having the resources and support as well. The Young Survival Coalition dedicates to supporting and helping young women who are not only diagnosed with breast cancer, but also lack sufficient health care and cost of cancer care.

Thank you all so much once again for your continued support. Any of this would not be possible without you all.
